Homemade Rootbeer
5 lbs sugar
5 gallons water
5 lbs dry ice
1 lrg rootbeer extract
This is the best! We mix it in our big 5 gallon water cooler. Just put all the ingredients in and wait for the dry ice to simmer down before you put the lid on. (It's probably a good idea to do it outside OR not to fill it completely with water--it has a tendancy to bubble over!)

Looks like you had a great vacation! Thanks so much for sending the photos to us. It was fun to go through them and have Chad narrate what you were doing. It was almost as good as being there (and certainly less sandy!).
